Rent is ridiculous and they find a way to add fees over time so that your rent keeps growing. I live in a two person duplex and am supposed to pay 725 before utilities. This past month I payed $936 dollars in rent! DO NOT live here if you are looking for an affordable option. It seems nice but you are receiving a similar level of quality that you can find elsewhere in Stillwater for MUCH less. Maintenance responds fairly quickly and there is lots of storage, but that’s about it.

Do not rent here! My daughter was here for 3 years. The first 2 were fine, but the last year the complex added a new tenant in their open bedroom. This tenant had previously been evicted and brought a Great Dane. The management did nothing about it. There were also multiple events where the shower upstairs flooded the downstairs (at least 3 times), they had multiple crews to clean and dry the unit. After move out they are trying to charge us for paint and carpet when we provided pictures and video of the incidents. This is the new management trying to over charge us. In fact, the positive review on google comes from the employee of the complex who is threatening to send us to collections. We will not be paying any of the fees and would suggest you avoid this complex at all costs!

DO NOT CHOOSE COTTAGE ROW. My car was broken into twice and gunshots were fired in the neighborhood on more than one occasion. Do not live here unless you’re ok with paying almost 1000$ a month for a 5 bedroom cheaply made house with disgusting carpet and floors. I didn’t have any amenities in the 10 months I lived here. My entire balcony also came off of the house, not safe at all.
