Desa Contracting and Restoration

I recently had my Hot Water Tank bursted while no one was home. Water flooded my basement about 1 foot of water. My family was utterly devastated from the damages and cost. DESA came to my house and did the inspection and assured me that everything can be fixed like new and they will have their best contractor come for the restoration due to the enormous damages. Two days later, Baris came to my house and with all the materials and started working right away. He was very experienced and professional. Always asking me for my personal input throughout the progress of the restoration. I felt like I was it very good hand and taken care of after the flooding. Baris took less than a week to completely transform my wrecked basement into a brand new basement. Honest to god, I think it came out a lot better than before the flood happen. I would’ve given DESA 100 star if possible for the work they have provided. But 5 is max. Thank you DESA and THANK YOU BARIS

This was a big job - renovating an old house, absolutely everything needed overhauling. There were major structural changes and at one point the house was almost a shell. Now we are living in a beautiful home that is the envy of our friends. When I met Dennis from Desa contracting the thing I liked most about him and his team was their calm demeanour and attitude that anything was possible. Financially, everything was set out very clearly and I always knew what the cost was; any extra additions had to be approved, and these were also clearly costed. If there was something I did not agree with or felt could be improved upon, I felt able to bring it up comfortably and there was always room for discussion. The project manager I was assigned, was something of a superstar. He is a perfectionist. I'll admit, I'm particular, so there were sometimes small niggles on both sides, especially with a job this big. That said, we were always able to work things out very satisfactorily. The finishing and attention to detail were superb, and the electrical and plumbing plan, which were massive, have been completed to the highest standards. The other thing I would say is that the project was completed in good time. I have had friends whose building work seems to go on and on, while ours was completed in four months. I have and will continue to highly recommend Desa. 4 stars because, I did call again Dennis for another job and we setup a meeting at 1pm. He showed up at 1:30 Time is money for me too Dennis. Cheers.
