If you have drain or plumbing problems, and you're reading reviews to choose someone, look no further. Mark was recommended to me by a high end home renovation company, which the owner of the company said "I use Mark on my personal house when there's drain problems" We had our drain pipes clogged/collapse from roots and a small water backup in the basement. He came to assess the job quickly, and for no charge. Our drain pipes were destroyed and a pretty urgent repaired needed to be done, and they delivered with an extremely fast response. Mark and his crew dug out the problem area, tunneled under the front foundation wall pretty far to avoid excavating our front lawn, and replaced all the destroyed clay pipes in the area with new pipes. They did this all in one day, when I got home and looked at the work, it was extremely clean and well done, no mess, whole basement swept and vacuumed etc. I am very picky when paying for work, and I am overly impressed with the quality. They even tied in a new furnace drain standpipe in the floor drains for free. Mark said "we are working in the area so we should do this now, it will look much nicer, and its no charge." They came back the next day to backfill the area and line the drain pipe once the concrete had cured. Marks idea to line the old clay pipes from the new install to the city pipe avoided excavating our entire front yard and saved us probably $10k. Price in the end was fantastic and under the original estimate. The entire job was done way faster than anticipated. Mark sent photos and video of the whole process, and had 10/10 communication through the entire process. Highest recommendation possible for anyone needing help. Thank you Mark!

I’ve worked with Mark and his crew for almost 14 years. One after another, each and every one of these old houses in downtown Toronto have caused me so much stress over their plumbing/drainage issues that prior to knowing Mark and his team, I was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown. Imagine having your basement flooded three times in a month and after calling several companies, and each time paying a fee without them being able to find out the cause (in the mean time, the basement kept on flooding with sewage, even in the middle of a beautiful summer day). Then I found Mark! I was dumbstruck when he informed me that it was my next door neighbour’s plumbing that’s causing this issue (her basement being almost three feet higher than mine). But this 80 year old neighbour threatened to drop dead if I were to go anywhere within a few inches from her doorstep. Mark could have left, but he didn’t. He helped me devise a plan and work with me until I could get the problem solved. I’ve only called him ever since. Mark, Shawn, Matt and the entire crew are professional, extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I know as much about plumbing as a pig knows Latin, but they always take time explaining everything to me until I no longer have any questions. His quotes are itemized and, although striving to do the best quality job, he’s also cost-saving conscious. He could have kept these savings without me knowing, but he always passed them down to his customers. I want honest, hard working, knowledgeable and professional people like Mark, Shawn and his crew to succeed and continue helping people. Plumbing and drainage issues are not to be taken lightly because if not done right, they can cause immense stress (I’ve been there). I’ve just had to call Mark back because my newly purchased old house just gave me some (again) serious drainage and plumbing issues. The difference is that I have him on speed dial. I’ll take Mark’s word that after a couple of weeks, I’ll be waking up enjoying my new plumbing system.
