Emily has been our dog minder for a year now, and she’s absolutely incredible! We have two very difficult rescue puppies who are scared of new people and reactive towards other dogs. Emily has been patient and kind, winning over their trust and affection very quickly. They’re now overjoyed to see her each time she visits. We appreciate how responsible, caring and thoughtful Emily is. She’s constantly researching the latest training techniques - providing our dogs with the best care possible. We recommend her without a single hesitation.

Emily helped us to enjoy our wedding knowing our pets were well taken care of at home. She was extremely thorough and helpful during her time with my pets. She took time to come meet the family and get to know the space. She took detailed notes on each pets behaviour to prepare. She also provided a comprehensive summary with pictures of her stay overnight! I wasn’t comfortable leaving my pets in a kennel and everyone who normally watches them was at the wedding so Emily really helped us out!

We were visiting Canada from the US and needed someone to come to our hotel for a few hours. Our sitter, Sam, was very prompt and professional. My dogs absolutely loved her. I really liked the photos and report I received at the end of the visit. I highly recommend them.

I had really high expectations going into my arrangement with Arlo & Company, and can honestly say they were exceeded by the end of the initial meet and greet. I'm not sure I ever would have believed I'd feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog with anyone else, but with Emily I do. She devotes her energy and attention (clearly demonstrated by the summary report afterwards, with photos and highlights from the visit), is tremendously gentle and sensitive, and is obviously knowledgeable. I'd give more stars if I could!
