I just used the meeting rooms and they were just what we were looking for. We had a team meeting with 8 people and the space was well lit, nice space and will definitely use again.

Extremely disappointed with the mail services that they provide here. If you are looking to have a remote location for your business so that you can receive important mail here, I would look elsewhere. I decided to pay for the extra service of getting mail notification so I am notified when mail comes in, and I received notification that I received mail from a particular sender, which I was waiting for and was aware would be arriving. When we went in to pick up the mail, they did not have it. I informed them that they emailed me notifying that it has arrived, so I know they received it, and they stated that they could not locate it. I have on another occasion went to collect my mail, and they gave me someone else's mail! On another occasion, my client came in to pick up mail that I expressly told them to set aside for him, and they agreed to do so, and when he arrived, they stated that they had no mail for him. I then had to call them and they informed me that the person I had spoken with set the mail aside and they did not know she set it aside for my client so when he came they could not locate it. This is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable that they charge you for mailing services and fail to deliver the services paid for more than once.

Intelligent Office service is the perfect solution for our bricks and mortar presence needs and value priced.. As our companies operate in the virtual world 98% online we still require a physical address for snail mail and government documents etc. The address is in a good business location and the real office is impressive if we have to meet a client in their boardroom. Staff at Intelligent Office are courteous their service notification to us are prompt, and always willing to take the time to deal with the many quirks to our business needs.. IMO the are deserving of 5 stars..
