The team at IQ offices (Paria, Rachel, and Pegah) have been kind and welcoming to our new office attendees, helping to make the transition to a coworking space. Some great perks are maintained for our team which help build comradery and enjoyment for those coming back in person: modern and clean office space, massage chairs, phone booth meeting cubicles / boardrooms, well stocked IT adapters, rotating supply of breakfast and snack items, as well as Happy hour activities and cocktails. They bring a lot of fun to a corporate space with seasonal decorations, crafts and contests, as well as office notifications for easy communication. We find the staff to be kind, professional, responsive and always ready to help out. When we have in office client presentations, their team goes the extra mile to get us set up and support logistics of hosting. The office is an impressive downtown location, central for our visiting clients. Much appreciated. Thank you!

The entire space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, and the common area offers a beautiful view — a great place to take a break or collaborate. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, making the environment even more welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to work!

IQ Offices in Vancouver is one of the best coworking spaces around. The modern design, fast internet, and top-notch amenities make it a great place to work — and it’s always spotless. The space is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which really adds to the professional atmosphere. The staff are friendly, helpful, and create a welcoming vibe. We filmed a commercial at the offices on West Georgia. Paria was an absolute angel and went above and beyond to accommodate our crew. I can't thank her enough. They have lots of different kinds of offices and the space is clean and beautifully designed.
