Not very transparent pricing. Told me £100 to drill before they started. Fair. Then they were looking to charge me £200 to supply and fit a standard Yale lock you can buy for £32 at toolstation (which I did) and when I said no to the outlandish price they added on £100 for call out charge which wasn’t mentioned before they started. I understand it’s a distress purchase, but annoys me that they are not transparent on how much they would charge. Overall I’d avoid and look for another locksmith.
