He not only fixed the problem quickly but also took the time to explain what I could do to help prevent future leaks. On top of that, he set up a water softener system for us, which I’m really happy with. What stood out most was how professional yet friendly he was—he respected my home, kept everything clean, and made sure the job was done properly.
