Harb plumbing helped address a corroded P-Trap under the kitchen sink. Not only where they clear regarding their pricing on the phone, but were able to dispatch a plumber, Jeremy in short order. Jeremy did an amazing job, professional, thorough and happy to answer any questions. Compared for Mr Rooter, their pricing was also much more reasonably priced. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs based on my experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Harb plumbing company. From the moment we called, the customer service team was courteous, responsive, and made it easy to schedule an appointment that worked for us. Johnny and his Intern Parker arrived on time, they were friendly, professional, and explained everything as they were resolving the clogged kitchen sink. The issue was fixed quickly and thoroughly. While they were there, I had another issue with the upstairs bathroom tub. Johnny took the time to come and explain what the situation was and how to resolve it. They left everything clean and Johnny said if you have any other issues you know who to call. I didn’t think I was going to need them anytime soon, but as I was cleaning the bathroom sink, I experienced a clog within 15 minutes of them leaving. I called Harb’s and the customer service representative was amazing. She tried to connect with Johnny and Parker, but they were already en route to another job. She said leave it with me and I’ll get right back to you. Within 10 minutes she had another service representative on his way. Brandon arrived within a half an hour and resolve the issue within 10 minutes. With a pretty cool technique. He was super friendly, clean and efficient. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service and workmanship. If anyone needs a plumber, Harb’s the company to call!
