One of the best physiotherapists I’ve ever been to! I’ve been going to Paramjit for my muscle tears, back pain and foot pain and she has truly made a difference. What stands out most is that she uses her hands to treat in addition to using machines — you can really feel the personal care and attention. She’s incredibly patient, listens carefully to all your concerns, and tailors the treatment accordingly. She also takes the time to show the right form for exercises and makes sure you understand every step of your recovery. You can tell she genuinely puts in the effort for each client. Despite constantly handling many patients, she always remains humble, polite, and professional. The entire staff is also wonderful — kind, welcoming, and organized. It always feels peaceful walking into the clinic. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, hands-on care and lasting results!

Paramjit is a highly skilled physiotherapist with an excellent team working with her. She is very “hands on” manipulating muscle, tendon and fascia. Having been treated bu numerous physios over the years, I can attest that she is one of the best. She prescribed very specific daily exercises and stretches. Do the work and you will be impressed.

I saw all the five stars review and was looking forward for my appnt that I booked and waited for over the Thanksgiving long weekend. They booked me for 0930 and super rushed myself to get there on time as I didnt want to disrespect someone else's time. Once I filled the form they asked me have a seat and then I sat there for next half an an hour. Other people came and were taken inside while i still sat there. I cant comment on treatment but was very disappointed the way they double booked and wasted my time. I had to leave as I had other appts booked. . Parmjit came out while I was leaving and was informed by the front staff but she did not have a courtesy to even acknowledge the issue and just said okay. High hope turned into straight up disappointment.
