First time here recently and they were incredibly kind to me. The lady at the desk was informative and patient with me. The hygienist was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She made conversation with me and eased any anxiety I had as well as addressed all issues I asked about since I had not been to the dentist in a while. The dentist himself was very kind as well and quick and efficient.

Make this make sense Is it legally permissible for a dentist to charge $85.80 for a prescription that was called in, without requiring an office visit? Only spoke with the secretary! Would be fair if I would have known this accure a charge$$$. The prescription itself only cost $1.79, which was my co-pay, but the dentist is charging $85.80 for writing the prescription. Where is this practice considered ethical? Please

Dr. Roger's and the staff in the back are 5 stars. I have been going to this dentist for 20 years. Dr. Trace is gone now but I decided to still give them a chance. I have never had so much issues with my insurance etc. As I have had now. Prices are higher due to it being a corporation now. Unfortunately after I get this crown finished I'll be changing establishment. Again dentist is good and staff in back pretty much same and awesome just not going to be price gouged. When trace was there my crown out of pocket was about 350, with this new place my out of pocket for one crown after insurance was 950.00! Just had a visit with Dr shores in duncan and thankfully crown back to that 350 range. I also have very good dental insurance. Ps most of the amazing reviews on here were for trace not this new place **Edit** 2 stars to 5! 🌟 I visited yesterday as the crown i had put on came off the night before. They got me in asap. Gotnit fixed for me, I was refunded my overpayment from the post above and the front staff has changed and is very nice! I am so so pleased. 😃
