Easily the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. It’s very warm and welcoming. You never feel judged or ashamed. Phenomenal with kids, my son said he LIKES the dentist! Every single employee is so kind, I cannot say enough good things. I am sad to be moving out of state and moving such a great place. Thank you for everything!!

I was extremely overcharged. My insurance told me to contact them, let them know that they overcharged me, that they did carry my insurance at the time of appointment. After being told I wouldn't be getting a refund I did actually get a refund. People have insurance for a reason not to pay premium prices. I would not recommend this office. The lady who cleaned my teeth was excellent.

Initially I saw Dr. Bernie right before he retired! Congratulations! He supported removing my permanent retainers and replacing them with retainers that are removable and can be used to whiten my teeth; thank you 😊 🙏. He made the plan to have that done with a small filling and a cleaning. Hannah is awesome and made sure that I was comfortable and made sure my retainers were perfect for me. I didn't mind coming back earlier than expected to get new impressions! Dr. Scott was super nice and gentle, usually there is is some discomfort in a filling but I barely felt it. He made sure that I was good all through the appointment and even afterwards. Alyssa did an amazing job with my cleaning and I didnt feel like I was being drowned. She was gentle and really happy to talk to especially since she is also from Oregon! I've seen quite a few dentists and dont remember most but Shepard Family Dentistry is one that I don't think I will ever forget cause of how supportive and kind everyone is. Everyone from the front desk to the Dentists! Thank you for Everything!
