I moved to Parkway Towers about 3 years ago and this place has been getting better and better all the time, especially now that we have New Management, a young man named George and another young man named Riley. They are really working hard to make this a wonderful place to live. Its Thanksgiving weekend and they're here at 7:00pm when they're done work at 5:00pm working hard to make it safe for the people who live here. I love my apartment, it's quite big for a one bedroom, I looked around at other apartments when I was looking for a place to live and they were not as nice as this one. So if you're looking for a great place to live, check out Parkway Towers. I'm a very picky person, I sold my house and I've found a great apartment building to live in. A lot of nice people and the new management George and Riley are getting things done and the outside of the building, very well maintained, very pretty. If you have a pet, they are welcomed in this building. Wishing you all a safe and Happy Thanksgiving weekend.

Parkway Towers, what can I say, this is my third time I move in this building, I keep coming back. Previously moved for personal reason, and I always come back because then rents are affordable, it’s a quiet building, clean, and the size of the units are very decent, very comfortable. The office staff are very pleasant and when you report an issue, they make sure that the superintendent fixes the problems. I highly recommend living at Parkway Towers.

Did a walk through with Kaitlyn yesterday and got ghosted in regards to her saying she would do a follow up with detailed email. She has been there for 6 months and according to other staff, Riley who works there advised that the staff have a high turnover rate. Now I partially know why...... when I asked questions about the property manager, they all gave the exact same answers as if they rehearsed from a script. "Tina is policy oriented" even when asked how the property manager is like personally. Dig a little to find the real reviews is my suggestion. The unit I saw had no running water in the kitchen that "they didn't know about" and apparently the person who lived there hasn't lived there and was paying rent for the entire year. Why would someone pay many months of rent and not live there.......my best guess is money is not as important as your health. Also, after pointing out the multiple problems in the unit, the unit was magically rented less than 12 hours later after a 5pm viewing the previous day which is sketchy.

The place I call home. I'm New to Canada and it's my first place in Canada. I'm glad for that. And I should be thankful for all the help and support from Kathleen, Mathew and Victoria. As it's a perfect clean place with many kind neighbors, and helpful staff. Great landscape the unit that I'm in. I definitely recommend this place to you if you like living in towers in cities. Everything is nearby.
