Vince and Steph greeted me daily with quick help and genuine kindness, which made the space feel like home. I started at a shared hot desk, then moved to a dedicated desk, and finally settled into a private one‑person pod; each upgrade was smooth and fairly priced. The free parking removed all commuting stress (and was one of the reasons I finally chose them over their competitors), and the bright café corner—with unlimited good coffee and a steady supply of fresh apples—became my favorite break spot. Fast, reliable Wi‑Fi kept my meetings trouble‑free, and the staff always kept the offices and common areas spotless. If you need a friendly team, flexible workspace options, and hassle‑free amenities in Ottawa, I can’t recommend this location enough—be sure to say hello to Vince and Steph when you visit.

I've been an active member at WorkAway for # of years. The flexibility that they offer there is members is incredible. Over the years, we've increased the office size to accommodate growth and then decreased, as the business shifted. I highly recommend any businesses who are looking for professional space, to reach out to the friendly staff at WorkAway!! The location is fantastic for meeting with clients as well. Bright, open concept lounge area, Clean, professional ... you can do your WORK and not have to worry about any of the logistics of running an office... A huge time-saver!!
