Dental work seems fine thus far but they are always, always late. I have shown up on time to every appointment and never waited less than 20 minutes, on one occasion 1:10 minutes and once 45 minutes. Every single visit.
I've been having a dental problem, usually this would take less than 3 trips to the dentist's office I'VE BEEN THERE 6 TIMES. ON ONE TOOTH. Charging even when all they would do is open my tooth once more without doing anything to it. My family and I will never step foot in that place and would rather go to any other dentist office in Lisbon. After trying to bargain with them for over 20 minutes they still insisted that we pay the 20€ we supposedly had to pay them even though nothing was done to my tooth.
Awful experience, this teeth clinic work as a modest one, with high expensive prices, plus being not honest, they omit lot of things and they act very friendly in order to trust them and make them easier to rub/fool you. I booked a dental cleaning, nothing else, when arrived they said that they do the X-ray for me teeth giving a document to sign as acknowledgment (WITHOUT SPECIFYING IN ANY PART THAT I HAD TO PAY SOMETHING), X-ray service totally useless for a dental cleaning! I signed and acknowledged because, not having any price, I thought that was included in the dental cleaning. At the end they charged me for this useless service of the X-ray! I asked a refund and they also denied it! Like if you go to the mechanic to change the oil and he changes also the battery asking you to pay for it! My worst experience of ever with a dentist, stay away! Their service are very modest, expensive and main reason to stay far away they are not Honest, they act to rub/fool.
