Andrii KulminskyiWe visited this dental clinic with our child. We have had successful and positive visits here before, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. During this appointment, our child was clearly uncomfortable. Instead of responding calmly and professionally, the doctor behaved in a rude and impatient manner, increasing the pressure rather than trying to reassure the child. When our child said that the procedure was unpleasant, the doctor reacted in an ultimatum-like way, demanding an immediate decision on whether we would continue or not. That was definitely one of the worst experiences in the clinics. Shortly after that, the doctor ended the appointment herself, visibly irritated and unprofessional. There was no attempt to de-escalate the situation, show empathy, or adapt the approach to a child patient. This behavior is unacceptable in pediatric dentistry. Children require patience, calm communication, and emotional safety. Unfortunately, this visit failed on all of those points. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this clinic for visits with children. Update: Thank you for the clinic’s response. I will await further contact by email.

My dentist - Dr. Joana - was polite and professional. Got my chipped - front tooth fixed in under an hour for €150. The facilities and equipment are super clean and modern, and customer service is 10/10. On a busy day I recommended parking in El Corte Ingles just across the street.
