My temporary filling fell out and exposed the nerve. After calling ten dentists on a Saturday morning, and even walking into a few empty clinics, this was the only place willing to see me. The receptionist (whose name I didn’t catch) was exceptionally friendly and professional on the phone and in person. When I explained I was flying in a few hours, she managed to squeeze me into the schedule. Dr. Leonora was great, very friendly and thorough. She explained every step as she worked. I usually ask a lot of questions, but I didn’t need to,her explanations answered everything before I could ask. I’m genuinely grateful for their help and highly recommend this clinic for urgent dental care.
I went in for a doctor’s check-up because I had been in pain for the last few days. The first thing they did was sit me in a chair, and after explaining my situation, instead of addressing that, they immediately started a teeth cleaning (which I never asked for), so I assumed it was routine or part of the check-up process. They then took a few x-rays and told me they would send the images to the doctor for review. I was honestly in shock—so no doctor was actually seeing me that day?! On top of that, they charged me 55€ for an unsolicited tooth cleaning (which is not expensive, but I didn't ask for it) To make things worse, the next day they contacted me via SMS asking me to come back that week to see the doctor. Not a chance! Everyone was very friendly, but my honest opinion is that I won’t be returning. Sorry.
