I’ve been coming here for years purely out of convenience for routine cleanings, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of appalling. The behavior of the front office staff is unacceptable. They rushed my last appointment, trying to get me out in 10 minutes because they double-booked—a mistake on their part, not the hygienist’s. To make matters worse, they are extremely rude over the phone. These are the last people you’d want in customer service—completely unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. They seem utterly miserable in their roles and unwilling to do the job they’re responsible for. Frankly, they should be replaced for everyone’s sake. I’ve had enough and am now officially searching for a new dentist. Thankfully, I only needed a cleaning—because trusting this place with anything more serious would be a risk to your health.
