I initially visited this dentist due to a severe cavity that required a root canal. The procedure was completed, but unfortunately, the root canal failed within a year. During that time, I expressed my concerns about ongoing discomfort, but he dismissed them and tried to convince me that the issue was with a different tooth. Despite my persistence, he did not take my concerns seriously. The situation worsened when, while flossing, the treated tooth unexpectedly fell out. Upon returning to the office, it became clear that the tooth had been decaying further, which was both visible and noticeable by smell. This decay occurred due to what I believe to be negligence during the initial procedure. While he agreed to redo the root canal at no charge (as he should have), the second attempt also failed. Throughout this process, the doctor consistently deflected blame. Rather than addressing his mistakes, he pointed to another dentist or to issues with other teeth. This behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a younger patient, I felt particularly disrespected by his tone, and I doubt he would speak this way to an older client. The repeated failures of the root canal have now left me in a position where I will need a dental implant. This is an expensive and avoidable outcome that stems directly from the doctor’s repeated errors. In my experience, this dentist lacks accountability and professionalism. The poor quality of care, combined with dismissive and gaslighting behavior, has caused me unnecessary pain, expense, and frustration. I strongly recommend seeking a more competent and reliable dentist for your care.
