Stayed here for one night as it was 10 minutes away from our destination. The front desk staff were very friendly and empathetic even when they had to give bad news. I usually book Best Western when I travel. The Consierge advised me that I did not qualify for the discount that I had booked under. It turns out they have separate rules for certain discounts that are not listed in the BW app. Since it was late, and we didn't prepare, the gentleman was kind enough to at least discount the jacuzzi suite somewhat. We get to our room which has been recently remodeled, but the cleanliness was certainly not up to the Best Western standards. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are crisp and clean. The floors and such were not as clean as expected. It was like it had been a super rush cleaning with the floor still a bit gritty not enough towels and only DECAF coffee for the coffee maker. I did not let front desk know, as there would have been nothing they could do at 2200hrs on a Saturday night.
We were at the Best Western Plus Toronto North York this past weekend for a hockey tournament at Scotiabank pond. Our room was great. The beds were so comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The distance to the rink was only 15 mins and the price was reasonable. There was definately great value here. Nick the front desk manager was professional and very welcoming and great. We appreciate everthing Nick did to make our team weekend a great one.
We recently spent two nights in a king suite for a concert. This hotel has a great location, super close to the highway. The room was nice and clean, AC worked great and the room fridge even had a freezer, it worked really well! The front desk staff were super friendly and always happy to help. The free coffee and water in the lobby was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub have very good hours, it was open until 11 PM when were there. It was nice and clean and I have no complaints. I only have one tip and that would be make sure you ask for a second room key, they don’t automatically give it. Very good experience!
