I stayed one night at this hotel and I was very disappointed. The bedsheets were dirty, with visible stains as soon as I arrived. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t even lie on them. Instead, I slept on clean towels I had brought with me, because I didn’t trust the hotel bedding. I noticed this around 1 AM, when I was exhausted. At that time, there was no way I could ask for housekeeping. The next morning, I reported the issue at the front desk and asked for a partial refund, which I thought was a reasonable request given the condition of the room. They only offered me $10(that I did not take), and told me I should’ve called to have the room cleaned… at 1 AM? Cleanliness should be checked before a guest checks in — it’s not the guest’s responsibility to verify that the room is clean. I took photos as proof, which I’m attaching here so you can judge for yourself. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel, and I won’t be staying here again.
We had the opportunity to stay at t his establishment for one night. We are totally disgusted and very unhappy. The air conditioner didn't work properly, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower has no water pressure. The walls are paper thin. The offer a free breakfast. The eggs are powdered, the home fries had no flavor. They were also cold. Upon check in they asked us for ID, and then proceeded to try to take a photo of my licence. I stopped them and gave them my health card. They could have just written the information down. i had to let them or they would have cancelled the booking. We had no choice as it was late and the price was in our price range We will never come back.
In need up of an update. Our room was "non smoking" but there was enough smoke to notice but not enough for us to complain. We were surprised to be upgraded us to a whirlpool sweet. But we didn't trust it to try and use it. It's the small things. Some one smeared caulking all over the shower head to try and seal it. Tin tape to try and seal around the air conditioner. The old carpet needs to go. Just take pride in your hotel and fix it up.
