The whole hotel smell cigars and weed, bathroom was not clean and toilet was blocked! No trash can the I had to improvise. First and last time on this trash hole!

This is the worse place I ever see in mi life. It is duty, and is rented to drug dealers, and homeless people. The place is rusty, trash is all over, spider webs are under the bed, lights don’t work, tub is moldy, the sink does not have hot water, I paid for “breakfast” when I reserve and the have no restaurant. They gave me 15.00 $ gift card for two people, and I paid the rest for the food. The price is three time the real value. The picture they posted on line may be the only room they have but they don’t rent that one. They should be charging 30.00 dollars for the room no 130.00. This is horrible!

First let me start off by saying this place is THE WORST. This is going to be a very long and detailed review about this place and before you decide to come here you should read this entirely. Let's begin by saying the two photos that you see in this picture of the rooms are not from real people it's a fake. It's the only two rooms that were renovated just for show and I can promise you that you would not ever get those rooms. If you are on the bridging funds due to the fact that you are homeless please for God sake or whom ever you serve do not come here. The lady that's in the front desk she will make your life a living he'll. She uses the fact that you are homeless and have no where else to live against you to do what she wants She constantly threatens to kick people out if you upset her or if she just is in a bad mood. She blames it on the owners and tells you that they no longer want your funds. Now I'm not a business owner but I'm 100 percent sure the owners doesn't care who you are they just want the money. If they allow coke heads in the facility they will not deny your money. She is a racist homophobic lady. If you are a apart of the lgbtq+ community do not come here. If you are black do not come here if you are indigenous do not come here if you have mixed kids do not come here. Pretty much if you are not from the Philippines do not come here. If you have kids and dealing with children aid do not I repeat do not come here. She is a evil person and she tries her best to get your kids taken away a family that had never ever dealt with children's aid now has a file open against them because of this lady and it's sad because she also have a son. She tells you that you are not allowed outside after 11pm and if you are that you can not talk after 11pm. And if you do she tells you that she is going to kick you. Now let's talk about the black mold that is in this motel. EVERY ROOM except the two that got renovated has black mold and if you were to say anything about it she tells you to get out. Which is not a bad thing if you have some where to go but if you don't it's kind of hard finding a place to go. Or else you wouldn't be here. The reviews that you see on this place about the mold the bugs and people getting sick BELIVE THEM. They over working the elderly people believe them every review that you see that tells you about the horrible place this is believe them. To be honest it's not the fault of the owners it's the fault of the lady that works and lives in the office instead of her getting upset about people voicing there concerns and kicking them out she needs to let them know about it. If you suffer from mental health do not come here she will make it worse for you. She is a manipulative conniving lady. All I have to say is unless this is your very last option and I know for some it really is please try find somewhere else unless that lady is fired or gone do not come here.
