I’m living here since 2018 at Horun tower and as an old tenant can say everything is here so nice and good . This building is well managed by Basir who is very kind and professional at what he is supposed to do . He is usually available either online or in person at the office and kindly help me which all of my request. Fatima at from desk is also so polite and nice . I like everything here and highly recommend people for joining our community at parkwood hills . I also need to thanks Ronnie and Arnel the superintendents at this building, they are skillful and professional and fast service providers.

I recently rented with Minto and had a wonderful experience! Both Kristine and Susan were incredibly kind, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Everything went very smoothly — from viewing the apartment to signing the lease. They made my move-in experience stress-free and pleasant. I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with the service at the Parkwood Hill office of Minto. For two days in a row, I have gone to the office simply to make a request, and I have received absolutely no help. Yesterday, the receptionist assured me that I would get a call, but I never did. When I called back, I was told to “be patient.” Today, I went again in person, and the exact same thing happened. In addition, I have sent emails, made phone calls, and even left voicemails, yet there has been no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. It feels as though tenants’ concerns are being ignored, and our time and needs mean nothing to this office. If anyone from the senior management team is reading this, I urge you to take action immediately. Start treating your tenants with the respect and professionalism we deserve. Our time is valuable, and it should not be wasted because of negligence and poor customer service.
