I’ve been having an issue with a window egress not draining properly for a few years. Every time a heavy downpour happened my entire window well would fill up with water and leak into the basement. Called Lorenzo from Prompt plumbing who came over right away and assessed and fixed the situation (Yey!). He was incredibly professional, explained the job thoroughly and did not give up until he was able to get the drain working again.
