I was working in the area and felt like making the trip worth it with a thrift trip. This store was the first one that came up and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a small store filled with so many great finds. But what really makes this place great, is the staff. I went to the counter with two scarves and a hat, marked for $3 each. He gave me the scarfs two for five, and I thanked him so much because right now, I am facing homelessness as a 21 year old girl. He looked at me with the most empathetic look and told me to take them all for $5. Annex right next door I believe is also operated by the same people. I went over there and I believe he told his staff to give me a discount because when I went to check out, my $15 winter coat and $5 Timberland shirt came out to $10. We need more people like this in the world. Thank you Rise Thrift for showing me some light in this extremely difficult time.

Nice little store that needs more room. The only downside of my visit was the gentleman putting up stock on shelves, he did not hide the fact he was frustrated with customers being in the store. Again, small location with way to much inventory packed tight making it difficult to see.

They're very poor on customer service. Seems to get more rude as time goes by. I stopped patronizing frequently. Tried to close the store 10mins early and practically shoves you out the door. Also follows you around and have staff following as if you're a criminal. Caters to their demographics and treat others poorly. Overpriced items and falsely claim items as authentic.

Good thrift store but the guy that works there is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Not sure I will be returning, as there are many other thrift stores to choose from.
