Their customer service was absolutely outstanding. ​They helped my daughter find the perfect dress for her special night. The moment she put it on, she was smiling from ear to ear! They also ensured she had all the necessary accessories to go with it. ​Linda and Anna are simply awesome. I have never written a review before but this experience was bad enough to warrant one. If I could tell you anything it would be to not give these people your money. I brought my younger sister in for a scheduled prom dress appointment an hour before closing and from the moment we walked in we were treated like an inconvenience. We were immediately told to “pick five dresses because we close at 7,” with no attempt at conversation, guidance, or basic customer service. No one asked what my sister was looking for or offered any help at the start. They only started to help pick out dresses when they realized it was close to closing time. The “receptionist” who I believe is the owner had a consistently rude attitude and the two young employees openly exchanged looks when my sister asked to try on a dress from a mannequin as though assisting a customer was an unreasonable request rather than the literal job description. The atmosphere was cold, lazy, and unprofessional. For a dress boutique, the lack of care and courtesy was shocking. There are far too many stores that value their customers to waste time here. I’m genuinely amazed this buisness is still running.
