Rush Truck Centers - Arlington

Really poor experience taking my 2019 579 up here for servicing. I was experiencing some power loss issues with my truck while on the interstate. I thought taking it back to the dealer would be the best and smartest way to go about the repair so brought it here …. Got told it was a $600 part that had to do with the breaking system was causing the problem. I paid $2000 for the repair and my first day working the truck started doing the exact same thing I took it to them for to begin with and the service department refused to offer any additional assistance despite having mis diagnosing my truck and replacing parts that weren’t needed. I took them the truck again and the took it , ran diagnostics and sent me another $1100 bill 😂 save yourself the time and effort dealing with the circus of a service department at this place

Rush Truck Center in Arlington Texas always do a fantastic job when it comes to getting my truck serviced. John Costa insures that my truck have the absolute minimum down time, his team of professional technicians work diligently until the repair is completed. I highly recommend if you are an owner operator or work for a company to bring your truck to Rush in Arlington and you will not be disappointed. Thanks John to you and your team for a great job.

Why does this business even have phone numbers. Not one person would answer the phone for sales, parts or service. Tried over an hour, left message and nothing. If this is how this place is run, I don’t believe I feel comfortable giving them my business.
