The staff at this warehouse have no respect for drivers. They require you to drive (pool forward) to the very end of the warehouse, which is completely unreasonable! They seem to enjoy watching drivers struggle to exit the facility. After I unloaded, a local truck immediately pulled in behind me. When I asked them to move, they refused and told me to wait for my paperwork. My truck was empty, but I had to wait about an hour for the truck blocking my exit! This is a total lack of respect for drivers. The main warehouse manager is extremely rude, and I doubt he has the necessary qualifications for this job! Additionally, the head warehouse employee is always on his phone!!! When you try to talk to him, he mutters to himself and doesn't even bother to look up. This is absolutely disrespectful. If I were management, I would fire such an employee, as this behavior is a disgrace to the company. If we continue to do business and make money this way, we will all lose our jobs because of employees like these!!!!

Night shift receiving man just put me out on the street. Said his shift was almost over.. Daniel day shift reciver is a awesome guy.. Took 15 minutes.. 10 minutes of that was on me . Thank you Daniel for your kindness and your professional attitude.. Daniel gets a 5 star report in my book

Multi company names, Oddysey, ADS, General Motors). NOT a 24 hour facility & will NOT accept your freight without an appointment #. Glad my broker made & had an appointment # for 8 on Saturday. The crew initially was grumpy but then warmed up. If you nose in you have to back out from bay. They can receive & unload 2 trucks @ the same time. Off loading full truck, 7 skids, took less than 5 min. My signed papers were on the truck steps before I finished closing my conestoga. They do have clean restrooms inside the bay. There is room to spend the night @ location. A honey bucket is outside the next door company that also work for GM.

The most terrible company in which loaded the cargo. Arrived at my appointment at 12pm, got a load at 4pm. They load their tracks first. These tracks arrived after my appointment. The employees are not very polite.
