Possibly the worst company I have ever “dealt” with. Had a Best Buy refrigerator delivered on August 17. The delivery crew scratched brand new floors we just had put in and scraped all down the walls we just had painted (new house). I called the same day to Best Buy to make a claim who forwarded me on to PTG. As of today, still no resolution. Have been completely ghosted by Corey, the general manager, Michelle, the regional sales manager, and Brad, another member of upper level management.

One of the worst companies I've dealt with. Do not allow this company into your home or onto your property. They deliver for Costco so beware if you order anything from Costco this could be the logistics company. They will not accept any responsibility for damage done to your property.

Absolutely the worst. Keep picking up the work order for my washer and dryer install, then saying they can’t deliver to my location. They are afraid of their own trucks and will lie while arranging delivery. They assured Best Buy and myself that this time they would really deliver it. They canceled again citing same incorrect reasons. And from what I see here, I’m lucky they did because they’re awful. Ladon specifically is a problem.

This company is one to be AVOIDED. I am waiting on my 4th dryer to be delivered from Costco. The first was damaged during delivery and installation along with damage to my walls, bannister on my stairs, door frame and ceiling in the room below when the hose from the washer was left to drain on the floor. Both the washer and the dryer were scratched down to unpainted metal so replacements were ordered. They didn’t even take the 2nd dryer off of the truck because of how damaged it was and the washer was not even on the truck for delivery. 3rd delivery after installation, I was told not to use the dryer because when the drum was spun around manually, it made a banging noise. I allowed a Samsung repairman to come and fix the dryer while I waited for ANOTHER replacement. He informed me it was not a manufacturer’s defect but damage caused during installation. The bottom of the dryer was pushed up into the drum. He was kind enough to make it so that the dryer could be used. I regretted the tip I gave the delivery crew. I filed a claim for the damages and was declined even though the company has obviously damaged at least 3 dryers and a washer…possibly 2 washers since my 2nd washer was just missing in action. I understand there was a site wide meetup about what happened with the hose and specific instructions not to drop the hose on the floor. Also after I refused to sign the documents accepting the first installation, the delivery person known as “Big Wood” approximately 6’4” 300 lbs became threatening and refused to leave my home until I signed the paperwork. I am 5”4 and less than half his weight. I was speaking with a Costco supervisor and was moments away from calling law enforcement until the 2nd guy in the team got him to leave. I had to hire a plumber after the third visit because the hot and cold water connections were reversed. I discovered this when adding something mid cycle to what was supposed to be a cold water wash. Costco has reimbursed me for the plumber and an item that was shrunk in the hot water wash. Yeah still regretting that tip. I am still trying to get this company to take ownership of the damages. I have let Costco know that the refrigerator I was planning on purchasing from them will be purchased elsewhere as the only time this sham of a delivery company will be allowed in my home again, is to pick up the last dryer they damaged and deliver the replacement. Please if you are in the Columbia, SC/Augusta GA area let Costco know you want another company to make the delivery. This has been going on for 6 weeks! Headed over to the BBB, Google and Yahoo sites to share this info and the President of this company(Roger Pickett) and Costco (Walter Crag Jelinek)will be getting an email from me also. They deserve ZERO stars but I was unable to post without at least one star.
