I would never recommend this business. I called this business on February 12th 2024 for a tow. This man is inexperienced & negligent towing a HummerH3 2010 4x4. I have been without my vehicle since he dropped it back down off his truck hitting hard concrete below, busting tie rods, boots, bellows, fluid leaks, steering gone, alignment gone & no telling what else ect…. He hooked his big chain with hooks to the weakest link on my H3 which weighs 4,900 lbs. to tie rods. After winching Hummer up to top of fladbed, it fell back down off flatbed with chains flying close to where I was standing & violently came to rest stopped by a concrete curb just missing another vehicle. He made me pay him before showing me his insurance card which was Progressive Commercial who stated they are’nt liable. TDLR needs to enforce safety policy procedure rules & regulation laws by the state of Texas to protect customers from negligent tow truck drivers. Its the law to have insurance in Texas.
