Hossein Kouhi (MIKE) has an aggressive attitude, if you started to ask him few questions, he starts to get cranky, irritated then hostile while it must not be like that at all, customers comes to him with car problems/issues, not to chit & chat. overpriced parts & overpriced labor so at the end I paid premium price for regular overall service, To be honest, the only advantage: if you are in a hurry he tries to finish the job as quickly as possible, as he doesn't want/care/try to build up a customer network, but if you need a quality to high quality service [i.e. a through examination of your car] or if you have a serious problem in your car, i don't recommend him.

I’ve been coming here for years. I was referred by a close friend of mine. Have never gone anywhere since. Mike and staff are wonderful people. I’ve saved thousands of dollars by bringing all my cars here. I used to go to Toyota years ago. They told me I had to fix the exhaust system for $3500. I was suspicious so I brought my car into Mike. He inspected my car and told me the exhaust was fine and that it was my timing belt. Mike is an honest gentleman. I can come to him with all my car issues and know that I will get honest advice and reliable service. I highly recommend. Best mechanic shop in Markham!
