Jhada and team I don't have to tell you, but you know you're all amazing! I LOVE my place - building thus far ( and I just moved in Sept 1st ) has been clean, garbage areas are clean, elevators are clean - no unwanted people roaming the building. Water pressure is great, lots of hot water - everything works as it should. I love the area, I love my view, and dealing with the crew has been nothing but great - they already got me indoor parking!! I'll come back an update after a year and see if I'm still experiencing the same things!

I am writing this from the bottom of my heart; I hate this building with every bit of my soul. This is the worst a place can be. The worst management, the worst service; it is essentially the worst you couldn’t even imagine. The people here only try to brush you off when there is something wrong. There were more than a dozen mice in my friend’s unit and they just act as if it is normal and instead of reacting super fast and with everything they got, they mock you. This is something that should be taken care of as quickly as possible. But these guys just react slowly and the pest control people said that even their preventative measures were just useless. It was their own fault from the beginning with their super ancient cabinets where the mice could chew through. I don’t want to even open up other issues like heating, flooding and sewage back flow in the sink. Don’t even hesitate and run from here. You better live in a tent than here.

UPDATE: I’ve already reported several issues before, and now there’s a serious new problem !I have caught 11 mice in one week on 18th floor !!, and again no serious action was taken by the management! As always they only say: this is normal!!! STAY AWAY from these apartments, especially with new prices there are way better places to live in. I live in Prince of Wales Complex. Living here has been a nightmare.my apartment has constant, serious problems: water leaks from the ceiling above the window whenever it rains, and every two weeks sewage backs up into my sink. If I’m not home when it happens, it can overflow with filthy, contaminated water ,a serious health hazard. Each time, I have to sanitize everything and breathe in toxic sewer gases. Management’s answer every time ? “It’s an old building, this is normal.” That’s not normal! that’s negligence. Somehow, they find it perfectly reasonable to raise the rent 4.5%–5.5% each year (instead of the legal 2%) to “stay competitive with the market,” but when it comes to quality, there’s nothing competitive here ,just outdated, disgusting, and poorly maintained conditions.

Right by the beach, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, and a grocery store, the location is great. Short walk from Carleton down the beautiful canal, or a direct bus. If I ever had any problems here they were fixed quickly! I have a large master bedroom and a walk in closet, I love it here! The apartment is what you make it, mines lovely and I get compliments on it often
