I have been with Jason for a few years now. Jason has been excellent; he does not sugarcoat anything and gets straight to the point. He provided detailed feedback, which I could understand and explain how to incorporate and why this change would help. He is why I was able to compete in powerlifting, having done three meets together in just over 2 years, and have significantly improved in technique and strength over the years. My first meet totalled 440kg, and my last meet totalled 540kg. Without Jason, I may not of had the confidence to compete in powerlifting, and I am grateful to learn from this gaffer.

I’ve been coached by Jason now for 10 weeks and in that time i’ve not only progressed in strengths and technique but also maturity as a lifter. Jason thinks ahead of each block and sets 3 objectives each block so that you know you’re on the right track, his feedback is immensely detailed. He promised to keep me a strict lifter and not to feed me with delusions and make me a better lifter and he has succeeded only 10 weeks in. I’d definitely recommend Jason to anybody looking for a coach who doesn’t sugarcoat, knows exactly what he is doing and who i can quite frankly also have a laugh with. I can’t wait to endeavour on my lifting journey even further with a S-tier coach like him.
