I can’t say enough positive things about Curtis from Turner Pest Control. From the moment he arrived for an inspection, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond—climbing into a sweltering attic in the middle of the day to fully inspect and document everything. That alone showed his dedication and integrity. Curtis took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood the situation, and never once rushed the process. It’s rare to come across someone so courteous, hardworking, and genuinely good at what they do. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with any home service professional. I feel confident moving forward with the information he provided and truly appreciate how seriously he took his work. If you’re looking for a pest control company that values professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness, I can’t recommend this company—and especially Curtis—highly enough!

Wow! Today we had a routine scheduled maintenance visit with a new technician named Trent. He was incredibly diligent, thorough and kind and really did an outstanding job for us! I hope he’ll be the one assigned to us again next time. Terrific job!

This company is absurd. They were retained to handle general pest control. After several months of no resolution I cancelled them. I was told to cancel before my next billing cycle and I’d be fine. So I did exactly that. Upon reviewing my credit report today, I see they sent my account to collections. Which is now displaying on my credit report. So they clearly lie about how their billing cycle works and their service doesn’t work. Real nice.
