Wow! Best service I have ever had. What I liked best about this company: 1) I was able to book an appointment online. 2) I was notified by the technician that they were on their way. 3) A picture and a brief introduction was provided before they arrived via email and text. This I especially liked since this was the first time I’ve had this person work at my home. 4) Technician was helpful and able to find the issue, order parts and offered a maintenance package. This was especially helpful since no other company has offered that to me. I highly recommend this company. Very professional very knowledgeable and they have a very user friendly website. The appointment with the technician was flawless. My technician was Deven Singh.

We had Ethan V, Cody and Ethan W on January 10, 2024 installing our Heat Pump. What absolutely thoughtful, smart young men this trio where. They know their job and explained technical parts of the heat pump. They help setup the ECOBEE thermostat and showed us how it works plus set it up on our phones. Excellent Gas Fireplace Repair Job completed by Jordan! We contacted TRS Heating and Cooling to request a service call on an old gas fireplace that was no longer working. We were not sure the fireplace could be repaired. It also happened to be during their busiest time of the year. Jordan came out and completed a knowledgeable and professional inspection of the unit taking the time to explain the issues he had found and letting us know what needed to be done. TRS followed up with a written estimate for the job. Jordan returned today to complete the work and once again was on time, polite, efficient and very professional. He did a superb job repairing the fireplace and installing a new fan which is doing a great job circulating the warmth now. We could not be happier with the service provided and are delighted to have a fully functional fireplace again. In spite of it being the busiest time of the year for TRS, they met all of the appointment deadlines and we were not left wondering if they would show up when they said they would. Thank you Jordan and TRS. We highly recommend your company!
