Wow! Best service I have ever had. What I liked best about this company: 1) I was able to book an appointment online. 2) I was notified by the technician that they were on their way. 3) A picture and a brief introduction was provided before they arrived via email and text. This I especially liked since this was the first time I’ve had this person work at my home. 4) Technician was helpful and able to find the issue, order parts and offered a maintenance package. This was especially helpful since no other company has offered that to me. I highly recommend this company. Very professional very knowledgeable and they have a very user friendly website. We had Ethan V, Cody and Ethan W on January 10, 2024 installing our Heat Pump. What absolutely thoughtful, smart young men this trio where. They know their job and explained technical parts of the heat pump. They help setup the ECOBEE thermostat and showed us how it works plus set it up on our phones.
