I’m a new homeowner to Prescott and bought a home, the home is older and has a few issues as most older homes do. I looked at lots of plumbers and read all the reviews that I could, being new to the area. My plumbing had issues with root issues from a large tree in the yard and all I could do is to wish for the best. I was welcomed with a kind voice and a guy that said he hates to give up on a logical solution to plumbing problems. I seldom write reviews, but this one is a great solution to solving a boil over to my basement. We all hate spending money on a plumber, but this was a reasonable charge for the going rate. Whitewater Plumbing Inc. did a fantastic job installing our new dishwasher! Paul was punctual, professional and did an efficient job of installation of our new DW and removal of our old one. He took the time to show me how it would function after the job was complete, and asked me to contact him if any issues. I contacted the owner Paul to get a quote to install a new main water valve. Paul provided pricing the same day I contacted him and was able to schedule the work for the following week. I was very happy with the work and would recommend Whitewater Plumbing for any future plumbing jobs in the future.
