(Health) care from the heart. That is how I would describe the experience at White Clinic. Had several treatments over some months, including surgery, and still treatments planned with various members of the team who have all been very lovely, compassionate, patient, understanding, and highly professional. You can feel every person loves working there. And people that love what they do, do it well! There is an eye for detail that I deeply appreciate, from being served highly alkaline water to impeccable cleaning and safety standards that protect health and your mood. While using the most advanced technologies, it is clear that Miguel Stanley has trained every member of his team to work with the whole human, including their feelings. And yes, feeling safe, seen and respected does impact not only the experience, but also health. 

This is what makes this man a visionary and while his clinic is ahead of the current times, it is desperartely needed. Regardless of what we do, small or big, when someone brings their full compassionate presence to their actions, something extraordinary happens. If you want to feel the potential of what we can achieve if we combine excellence with purpose, step into the walls of this clinic. 

This is the care we all deserve but rarely get. Going to the dentist has never been this relaxed! Thank you. White Clinic team.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5/5 — The Kindest Dentist We’ve Ever Met I have to highlight how exceptional Dr. Pedro Neves at Smile Clinic is. He is genuinely the kindest and most patient dentist we’ve ever met. My six-year-old son, Nikola, was nervous before his cleaning, and Dr. Pedro transformed the whole experience into something calm and safe. He reassured Nikola before every single step, always saying: “I won’t do anything without telling/explaining you first. You can trust me.” And whenever Nikola instinctively touched his hand, Dr. Pedro responded with total patience and kindness — never rushed, never irritated, just truly caring. You could feel that his warmth comes from who he is as a person, and it shines through in his work. The cleaning went smoothly, and afterward he explained everything clearly about Nikola’s slight demineralization and how to properly use hydroxyapatite toothpaste. No one had ever told me not to rinse with water after brushing, and his explanation made so much sense. Overall, Dr. Pedro’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine humanity made this one of the best dental experiences we’ve ever had. I sincerely and highly recommend him.

I had a mixed experience with White Clinic. The dental work itself was genuinely good in particular, the cleaning of old extraction sites, which I do believe was necessary and helpful. Where my experience became more difficult was with the wider holistic treatment approach. I was hopeful that some of the therapies offered would help resolve long standing health issues, but unfortunately I didn’t see the improvements I had hoped for despite a significant financial investment. In hindsight, I feel that some treatments may have been presented with more optimism than was realistic for my situation. I’ve since found a treatment path that’s been more effective for my chronic health issues, particularly through Oxyclinic which was far superior for actually solving the root cause. Overall, White Clinic is good for dental but I felt that maybe they oversell their abilities to help with complex health conditions. This has been my experience and many other friends of mine in Lisbon.

I cannot recommend white clinic enough. I went to two dentists, but neither could detect the problem. Dr. Miguel listened to my issues for at least 20 minutes before starting. He asked detailed questions before doing anything. When I opened my mouth, he identified the issue within minutes. I lived for one month with chronic pain. He solved it. No other dentist was looking at the whole picture. But he did. I got a follow-up call the next day to see how I was doing. I got another call a couple of days later, checking in on me. Now that is service and care!
