Very reliable cab service. I had Todd as my driver and he came through in the final hour for me!

In my opinion and experience, I would AVOID this company! I had to fly in to Lexington short notice for a family emergency. I spoke with someone at this company to reserve a pick up. I was told the charge was $3.00 per mile, with no add-ons. After getting my bag I reached out to call center and was told it would be around 20 minutes for pick up. Several minutes later I received a call from someone else at the company stating they were on the way and what vehicle they were in. Upon arrival, the driver remained in the vehicle with no offer to load my bags; which was not a concern. Upon arrival at my parent's house, the driver stayed in the driver seat and automatically opened the rear door and told me it was $35.00. I told him the price I was quoted was $3.00 per mile and the map he used showed it was six miles. He said, "well its $35.00." It had already been a long day, so I just paid him and would call later in the week. Several days later, I reached out to the company on the number I had. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude and yelling in the phone, "Who is this, what do you want." He proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and before he began yelling I told him I was calling regarding service several days prior. Again, he was extremely rude and had no concern for hearing what I had to say. I felt it important to pass on my experience to others that may consider this haphazardly run business. And to note, the owners of this company live in the Middle East, so getting any resolve to an issue is futile!
