We just moved into Forest City Estate, and we couldn’t be happier! The community feels welcoming, the building is clean and quiet, and everything has been so well taken care of. Nitish has been wonderful — he’s friendly, patient, and went out of his way to make our move-in smooth and stress-free. We already feel at home here and are really glad we chose this place!

Don't even consider visiting that place!!!! One of the worst experiences that I had. Lived there for about two years: absolutely disgusting elevators and walkways, parking garage doors that were constantly out of service, zero security, and don´t even get me started about the fights at the laundry. They only had ONE person doing the whole cleaning of the building during regular hours, so it was customary to find dog poo or barfs on weekends. The smell of marijuana on the whole building was a constant, and management does nothing about it. The elevators are broke more time than functional. When we finally got out that hellhole, they charged us for 500CAD!!! ludicrous!!! Evidently they keep paying for good reviews. Personnel has barely the fault about things, but the way this company runs the business is beyond inhumane.

I’m very impressed with the guy work out side I love how he keep everything so clean and well maintained. Grass always nicely cut and swimming pool always clean everything is so organised. Also he’s so kind he works hard when it’s so hot and so cold. Big respect to him awesome man.

Living at Forest City Estates was a great experience. The team in the office was always helpful and easy to work with, and maintenance was quick to respond whenever something came up. The property was well-maintained and felt like home. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to live
