a good place for new comers, a good gym, a good place to study in lobby and a great patio. They also have really good receptionists especially jasmine. She is very helpful and kind. But not the best place for summer.

I don't understand why others are complaining about this place. I found the building to be excellent with good amenities. Some folks said laundry was expensive, but, actually found it to be fairly cheaper than my old place.... Plus you can do everything including track wash cycle from the laundry app. Parking lot is clean and spots are big. Guest parking has limited spots, but, right next to building at 1265 there is cheap long term parking from Honk. Insects? Haven't encountered any so far... I think this mainly has to do with how often you clean up. Front desk staff are helpful. Downsides: Need to fix hot tub and maintain gym machines better. Also, $25 to charge an EV on 32 AMPS is insane and represents a 1000% profit -- should reduce cost to $5.

If i could i want to give it a zero star just because of the reception lady. The lady who was at the front desk on july 16 night time. My hand were pretty occupied and the keys were still on my hands but asked for the help to her. Just to open the door. She stopped me and ask me if i was doing deliveries and I said I live here. She was so rude and told me to have keys on me from now onwards. I just asked for help cause my hand were OCCUPIED!!!!!!!! Is it really so hard to just open the door???????? This is the second time she has spoken to me this way.
