I am Obaid and my recent experience with Dtravel was unfortunately not very smooth. I would like to share the following concerns from my Umrah trip: • Delayed Room Check-in: Upon arriving in Makkah, my room was not ready despite the official check-in time being 4 PM. I was given the room late. • Transportation Issue: I was not picked up directly from the hotel. Instead, the bus driver asked me to reach a nearby pickup point, which was quite far and made it difficult to carry my luggage. Although I raised this concern with the sales manager and he resolved it, I believe transport services should ensure hotel pickups for guests. • Overcrowded Room: I was informed that there would be 4 to 5 people in the room, but there were more than 5, which made it uncomfortable. Alhamdulillah, I was able to perform my Umrah, but I may reconsider choosing this company for future trips due to the unmet service expectations. I kindly request the owner to look into these matters for better guest experience moving forward.
