I took two laptops in for repair. One was for broken screen and the other was for running slowly. Very reasonable price for cleaning up. The broken screen he was upfront about what he could do. I took my niece's tablet since she dropped in water couldn't do anything for her but he gave her a amazon fire tablet. I will be taking my business to them from now on. I will be purchasing a tower and monitor from him for Christmas
