My phone broke while I was visiting Miami, and I can’t express how grateful I am that we went to this store. I called ahead from a friend’s phone and Mo was so helpful right from the start. When I arrived, he immediately checked my phone, quickly figured out it was from overheating, and had it completely fixed in under 5 minutes. He made such a stressful situation so easy.
