George and the team were brilliant, called at 8:30am- dropped the car by 10 and they got the issue diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours and ready to collect. Brilliant service and a great price. Highly recommend!

Yet again One Stop came to my rescue at very short notice. Car was dropped off late in the day with me knowing I might not see it again for a coupe of days due to work already booked in but had a call just over an hour after later saying they had started investigating its issue and gave me the two options of what it may be but that they would go with what I chose the following morning. They could quite easily have tripled my bill by telling me that both aspects needed doing and left it there but made it clear that they would start with the cheaper option and go from there. I am always confident in this garage and their staff and recommend them all the time.

I’ve been taking my cars to this garage for a while Fair prices to start with and great costumer service and also great communication ,a bonus . But I’m writing this review because trust and loyalty go along away in life and this was shown in my recent visit . I had suspected an alternator fault after many google searches (lol) so I called in to get it booked and looked at . Drop the car off and told the lady at the counter don’t bother calling me to say it’s the alternator because I already know that’s the problem,so to saves us all time just replaced and I’ll pay the bill at the end ,I’m not Gona ask for cheaper price or shop around anyway so just do it if it’s the alternator. If anything else wrong obviously call me to discuss further . I got a call later to say was all done and ready to go . I asked how much do I owe you and to my surprise was peanuts compared to what I was ready to pay for an alternator change £400 upwards with labour and parts were my guess. When I asked if the problem was fixed I was told yes .and it was . I could have basically been told a different price ,higher price and I would have paid regardless.im not a menachic and if the problem was fixed I would have been happy to drive away . It shows that they have great mechanics and great people working in there knowing wot they doing . they showed their true values , Trust worthy people . Well done 👍

I've been using 1 Stop for years with all my cars and my family's cars. They have always treat me with honesty and given me a fair price for any work that I've needed to have done and I've never had any cause for complaint. I 100% recommend these guys.
