Tony Dickerson is the 10 West staffer who responded to the work order we submitted this morning. Tony showed up quickly and did the jobs thoroughly. He was friendly, attentive and cut no corners, even replacing a part that could not be repaired. It was a pleasure working with Tony and we look forward to working with him on any maintenance items we may have in the future.

Tony Dickerson was the best. He responded to our maintenance request immediately and when it became apparent that "fixing" the problem wouldn't do, he replaced the entire faucet to make it right.
