I’ve been a customer for many years now with no complaints or trouble til now. I came to them to repair my phone screen for the hundredth time thinking this time is no different like any other, I drop my phone again and instead of the screen breaking this time it pops out of my phone. In all my years of having my IPhone 12 Pro I’ve never had this issue, the first time it happened they popped it back in, then it pops out again and this time the wires are damaged. Instead of them owning fault for not properly placing my phone screen back in they wanted to charge me again for something that’s their fault. This the most frustrated I’ve ever been with getting my phone repaired because this time the fault wasn’t on me and yet I’m still footed the bill. They’ll never have my money again
