This establishment is a joke. I least office space from here and had to promptly move out because their office staff came into my space and went through private papers on my desk. The owner tried to cover for his staff and said to me, "My staff says you haven't been in your office in weeks, so how do you know how your papers were left." OUTRAGEOUS! What an egregious act to have to endure as a business owner leasing office space. It doesn't get any worse than that. Stay far far away from this office building. You will regret it if you don't.
I have been a longtime tenant (10+ years) for 120 Market Suites and have had an excellent experience. The staff has always been professional and really looked out for us over the years. The rent is very affordable and they offer the most unique layouts & conference rooms I have ever seen-- each floor has a different theme. We love the location and it is one of the the best spots in downtown Indy.
***Update: the response below is from the landlord. As you can clearly see, he is unprofessional just by the way he talks about people. My review is an easy one to verify - just check out the building for yourself******Dirty building that needs improvements. Building owner and staff have no desire to keep the building well maintained. Most of the restrooms have no hot water and smell or urine. The landlord will approve anyone to lease an office, which brings on a whole list of problems. Security is a joke. The owner is abrasive and rude to his employees and to clients. This could be an awesome building but there has been little effort in maintaining the building. Some floors look like they did in 1956 when the building opened, and, not in a good way. There is an extreme amount of unprofessional behavior by the landlord and his employees.Try to get something fixed in your office and you may wait several weeks before anything happens and the work is shoddy at best. Take my advice and look somewhere else. This building has high turnover for a reason. While the rent is relatively less expensive compared to other buildings downtown, you get what you pay for. WFI internet does not work in all office and I had to purchase my own internet. There are a few nice conference rooms that are nice and free. BTW, the review by CF is the landlord of the building - Chance Felling. He has posted a fake review. With a little digging it was easy to determine as Chance owns an elevator company and it just so happens that "CF" who commented on this post also praised the elevator company.
