The food here is great, with many options the menu and a nice atmosphere. This is great place to meet for a business meeting, lunch, dinner, coffee with friends or family. The staff are attentive and kind and the prices are reasonable. I have never been disappointed with when coming here and always enjoy the experience. I think it is a gem in the Al Bateen area that many may not frequent. Check it out and enjoy yourself. I highly recommend the pastas, salads, and chicken pesto sandwich. Coffee is 1st class!

The venue is visually stunning and provides an excellent setting for relaxation or quiet time. Additionally, it features a dedicated meeting room, and the second floor offers a spacious area ideal for hosting parties or large group gatherings. The staff are warm, hospitable, and eager to assist, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. However, while the atmosphere remains laid-back, the presence of an open smoking area can be a drawback for non-smokers, as it may impact their comfort.

I’m making a bad review because of the service. We came here early in the morning at around 8am. There weren’t many customers at all. The staff took our orders without writing it down. As I always have bad experiences with staffs who don’t write orders and merely depend on their memory, we repeat our orders to make sure she got it. She also gave us an option to serve coffee altogether with food, and we said yes. Our food orders came, and we finished everything (and we don’t eat fast even), but even when we finished our food, our coffee came a bit too later. When my coffee arrived, it wasn’t even the right one because she used regular milk instead of oat milk (lactose intolerant here). This was very disappointing, that’s exactly the reason why I told the staff to next time ALWAYS WRITE ORDERS. Please teach your staff to always write orders to avoid waste of time and inconvenience.
