I hired them to install carpet in my home office, but the quality of their work was far below what was advertised. The colors didn't match what I currently have in other parts of my home. To make matters worse, one of their employees was incredibly rude, going so far as to tell me that I "don't have common sense" when I expressed dissatisfaction with the work. When I refused to accept their poor work, they offered a small discount to try to smooth things over. I declined, opting instead to hire a different contractor who could deliver the quality I expected. After informing them of this decision, 1Jose Flooring started threatening me with placing a lien on my property, despite the fact that they failed to deliver the service as promised. The entire experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, and downright stressful. 1Jose Flooring is a company that clearly lacks integrity, professionalism, and respect for its customers. They use false advertising, employ rude staff, and resort to intimidation tactics when things don't go their way. If you value your peace of mind and want quality work without the headache, avoid 1Jose Flooring at all costs. Don’t let yourself be another victim of their untrustworthy practices.
