This company screwed me for almost 45k over my loan. I was forced to sell my home. Even though I was making monthly payments. I was harassed continuously. They would only renewed it if I took out a higher loan. This company is not good. They affected me on buying another property. Due to they stripped me of most of my profits. Will never recommend them

This place is nothing but a scam. DO NOT ever deal with these clowns. They are the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. I backed out of a deal with them and they still try to hold things against me. Stay as far away from this company as you can!

If you do business with this company good chance you'll loose everything. Or it will cost you alot . I will be posting the $30,000 in extra fees they charged me . Their website is total lies . 1onefund is what they call 1 and done . They charge you a yrs worth of interest for me it was $18,0000 on a $155,000 mortgage. After 1 yr they pulled out would not renew and I paid zero to the principal. My next post is of the fees they sent my lawyer. My lawyers had never heard of these extra fees and told me I was being ripped off and there was nothing they could do . It's ok tho karma has a way of taking care of ppl like them. Don't know how they sleep at night, knowing they are out to line their own pockets at the expense of other people's livelihood. David Pollett. This post is 8 mts later. We found a gentleman who agreed to give us a 1 yr mortgage. He is 92 yrs old and does this out of the kindness of his heart . Because of all the extra fees my original $155,000 mortgage is now $180,000 mortgage. My house was appraised at $225,000 now I cannot find anyone to mortgage my house. I'm almost 60yrs old and living paycheque to paycheque . Noone should have to live like this. I've tried to upload the pictures of my documents and it won't let me. I'm assuming they blocked me from doing so. So the struggle monthly continues. I'm sure all the stress this has caused has taken a few yrs off my life . It's just not right .
